Before you send your showbill in, here are a few things to double check.
First, be sure that there is an actual LOCATION (City/State, grounds info) on the showbill. Many people from out of your area will be viewing your showbill, and they may not be familiar with the grounds. An address is especially helpful, since people can look it up and see if it is in within traveling distance, or along the path they will be traveling.
Second, please be sure that there is COMPLETE CONTACT INFORMATION included on the showbill. If someone has a question about attending your show, or the available facilities, they need to be able to contact someone who can answer their questions.
It is best to post showbills at MINIMUM 30 days in advance. The longer your show is posted the better, however, showbills may be posted at any time. Showbills are updated weekly and are normally posted within 5 business days.
Please send your showbill as an attachment, as a MS Word Document, PDF or JPEG.
A small text line that reads "This showbill was downloaded for free at www.showbillsusa.com" may be added to your showbill.

Web only are just $35 each and basic web/print ads, which can be used in print, or on the web, are just $50. If you'd like a more detailed ad, such as removing/changing backgrounds, leads, handlers, etc. the cost is $150 for a full size ad. Advertiser must provide professional photographs in a minimum of 300 DPI for all print ads. If you're not sure what this means, please send me an email, or give me a call.
